Injection Moulding
The Process
The plastic injection moulding process produces large numbers of parts of high quality with great accuracy, very quickly. Plastic material in the form of granules is melted until soft enough to be injected under pressure to fill a mould.

The result is that the shape is exactly copied, making it great for mass production and part manufacturing. This is a very rapid and reliable process so repeat products can be created to the same finish and quality every time.

This will prevent the build-up of static charge of the given products. A dipping procedure is used followed by a curing process in an oven. To ensure the highest of quality we carry out in process inspection and destructive testing to eliminate any possible defects.
